Alpharetta getting $450M mixed use development of over 1.1 million sq. ft. at the intersection of GA 400 and Haynes Bridge Rd. (Exit 9).

The proposed property is zoned for the Class A office space, but Pope and Land wants to create a campus that will also include apartments, condominiums, a 140-room hotel and 30,000 square feet of commercial space.

Pope and Land has owned the investment for 25 years and just now felt the market and timing were ripe to break ground on this development.

Mayor David Belle Isle said he has not yet seen the plans – it was only submitted last week – but it looks like the third leg of the Alpha Loop, the proposed inner loop city trail that will link with Alpharetta City Center and Avalon.
